If You Knew That Success Demands Your Potential, What Will You Do?

“There is no man living who isn’t capable of doing more than he can do.”
— Henry Ford

Recently I saw written on a wall, “If I knew I had the potential to cross unlimited boundaries, ‘I am a billionaire!’ Don’t live a life of regret. When we center our attention on our potential instead of unnecessary boundaries, we will help make ourselves blessings to the world. Charles M. Schwab remarked, “When a man has put a limit on what he will do, he has put a limit on what he can do.”

Let me pose this question for you: If you knew that success demands your potential, what will you do? Stop wasting what you can be and improve the potential within you that will reflect your future. Nothing good about your future lies outside your potential—develop yourself. Don’t ask, “What if it’s not working?” Ask instead, “What if it’s working?”

Having great control of your dreams and desires is a way of unlocking your potential to become better. But, keep in mind, attempting to ignore what is within you can cause you a great harm. Keep telling yourself, ‘I’m great.’ “Everyone has inside himself a piece of good news! The news is that you really don’t know how great you can be, how much you can love, what you can accomplish, and what your potential is” [Anne Frank]!

Potential germinates your passion and desire to progress. It cause every thing within you to come to reality and develop not only your talents, but, it create whatever you want to be and give you the energy to do whatever you intend to do.

Proverbs says, “Nothing’s impossible for those who have to do it.” What sometimes motivates me is that, ‘there is nothing I am going to accomplish without me realizing that I had the potential to achieve it.’ It is very important to understand that we have so mush more potential than where they are right now!

I agreed with Roger Williams, “The greatest crime in the world is not developing your potential. When you do what you do best, you are helping not only yourself, but the world.” The less you concentrate on helping yourself, the more you will develop your potential.

Thanks for Reading and may God increase you and bless your day!

Bethel Youth Ghana with Joeforlove

I love what Norman Vincent Peale mused when he said, "If you paint in your mind a picture of bright and happy expectations, you put yourself into a condition conducive to your goal." Our goal cannot be achieved without the pictures of our friends. Though many of the faces in the below pictures are far away from me right now, the youthful moments and constant relationship we've shared still live deep in my heart.

However, to all Bethel youth that are now in Liberia, U.S.A. and other part of our world, please let us not forget the to relate and network with one another. Whenever, I take a look at these pictures, I shout with praise to God for connecting me to great people like you all. What would the world be with out the Bethel youth of Buduburam Refugee Settlement - Ghana? I'll advise us all to Hold a picture of one another very far in our hearts and our minds, so that we won't forget the moment we have shared and the once will should shared when we have an opportunity to do so!

Dare to Predict the Future by the Awareness of a Unique Purpose

Ponder about it: Haven’t most of the unfocused people around you totally lost sight of their purpose? Identify your purpose. Napoleon Hill said, “There is no hope of success for the person who does not have a central purpose, or definite goal at which to aim.” Decide upon your major definite purpose in life and then organize all your activities around it.

Purpose is unique. When God blessed man with a beautiful environment after creation, He told them their purpose [Genesis 1: 28-30]. It is just becoming more unfortunate when the people you know are complete strangers to themselves. Dr. Wayne Dyer asserts, “Everything in the universe has a purpose. Indeed, the invisible intelligence that flows through everything in a purposeful fashion is also flowing through you.”

Steve Goodier, from Follow Your Bliss, declares, “Not everybody can identify a purpose in life. But when you do and when you pursue it, you will be living the kind of life you feel you were meant to live. And what’s more you will be happy.” You have the green light to feel good. Just focus towards the direction in which your effort is going.

Consider it: “All successful people, men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day towards their distant vision, that goal or purpose” [Brian Tracy]. Always find yourself in that position of discovering your goal and aiming towards a unique future. The most frustrating and exhausting thing in life is to live it not being aware of your purpose.

Helen Keller discovered the right idea: “Many persons have a wrong idea of what constitute true happiness. It is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.” Never wish to be anything be what you are created to be—your purpose. “We must have a theme, a goal, a purpose in our lives. If you don’t know where you’re aiming, you don’t have a goal. My goal is to live my life in such a way that I die, someone can say, she cared” [Mary Kay Ash].

Nothing Significant Can Be Accomplished Without Preparation.

Joeforlove

Preparation. Does this word scare or give you inspiration at every moment? There is nothing significant that can be accomplished without equipping or training ourselves. “A good education is not so much one which prepares a man to succeed in the world, as the one which enables him to sustain a failure” [Bernard Iddings Bell]. Don’t tolerate failure to meet you without you being prepared.

When you spend time preparing yourself, no one will stop you from accomplishing a good result. I agree with Fred Couples when he said, “When you’re prepared, you’re more confident. When you have a strategy, you’re more comfortable.” The most significant people are those who prepare themselves today to accomplish tomorrow. H. Jackson brown Jr. remarked, “The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today.”

Benjamin Franklin said, “By failing to prepare you are preparing to fail.” Can you constantly progress if you cannot equip yourself? Impossible! Ralph Waldo Emerson declared, “Men succeed when they realize that their failures are the preparation for there victories.” Our readiness to undertake the outstanding opportunities and courage to start living a high-quality life can greatly add to our success. “It is better to be prepare for an opportunity and not have one than to have an opportunity and not be prepared” [Whitney Young Jr.]

Life is about preparation, not luck. Consider what Seneca said, “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.” When Abraham Lincoln discover the importance of preparation, he said, “I will prepare and some day my chance will come.” The same kind of preparation that brought you to where you are today, can necessarily accomplish your dreams when better chances runs your way. With your permission, nothing difficult can stop you from going forward.

Malcolm X said, “Education is our passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today.” When you focus your time and attention on things you are gifted to do, every limitation that should stop you from progressing, run absent–people begin to imitate you. Raymond Berry said, “The most prepared are the most dedicated.”

As a refugee youth, I've value the importance of Preparation than Pleasure! You can do the same and live your Dreams.

May God bless your day!

In What Direction Is Your Dream Taking You?

JOEFORLOVE Asked: In What Direction Is Your Dream Taking You?

For you to start accomplishing your dream “Hold fast to dreams, for if dream dies life is a broken winged bird that cannot fly” (Langston Hughes) “You can’t build a reputation on what you are going to do.” (Henry Ford) Don’t try to demote yourself for something you are capable of; instead try to accomplishing something repeatable within yourself.

Always be proud of moving yourself right. Kahlil Gibran exhorted, “Advance and never halt, for advancing is perfection. Advance and do not fear the thorns in the path, for they draw only blood.” David Lloyd George counseled, “Don’t be afraid to take a big step. You can’t cross a chasm in two small jumps.” To move and advance yourself when you are perfecting a dream, you must visualize something which will actualize.

Andrew Carnegie said, “Any thing worth having is worth working for.” Failure is not an option. Any thing you wish to have in life is worth getting. Jawaharlal Nehru said, “Success often comes to those who dare to act. It seldom goes to the timid who are ever afraid of the consequences.” Charles Buxton warned, “You will never find time for anything. You must make it.”

You cannot accomplish your dream by sitting on it. Get up and push your dream ahead. Dr. Tale Turner said, “Dreams are renewable. No matter what our age or condition there is still untapped possibilities and beauty within us waiting to be born.” Listen to Robert Goddard, “Its difficulties to say what is impossible for the dream of yesterday is the hope of today and the reality of tomorrow.”

If you cannot dream of advancing by doing the right thing, you will regret not reaching them. You will never be the person who can never quit dreaming. “Having a dream is not trying to believer something regardless of evidence, dreaming is daring to do something regardless of consequences.” (John Mason)
